The course provides students with continuous information and knowledge about financial appraisal of investment projects, how to manage the investment projects more effectively in order to survive competition and takeover in practical environment. Topics include: Capital budgeting; Project Cash flow and its forecasting; Essential formulae in Project appraisal; Project analysis under certainty; Project analysis under risk; Sensitivity and break-even analysis; Simulation concepts and methods; Financial modeling case study in forestry project evaluation

- Class attendance is strongly encouraged.
