The course focuses on the general knowledge of the culture of Tourism and Hospitality, identifying core issues of the culture that relate to different behaviours, habits, tradition and civilization. On the other hands, the course also helps students understand the intersections between touristic, hotel and culinary cultures and with other sciences. Besides, the course brings up the deep analysis of tourism and hospitality culture in relationship with world culture, cultural studies, ideology, sociology, art, etc. The Culture of Tourism and Hospitality is not only the study of all cultures in the world, but its primary purpose is also to see the cultural circumstances, the conditions of formation of cultures. Therefore, it helps students understand the cultural perspective and details of the development, which capture the essence, the features, rules of development and interaction between them.
