DATA MINING

This course teach Data Mining in the fashion of project/problem-based learning. At the beginning of the course, students choose projects, among given a list. Then, during the project/problem solving process, students will decide to choose some theoretical topics that teachers can guide them to present in the class, where teacher may correct their understanding on the theoretical aspect. In between theoretical sessions, there are practical session where teacher help students in their problems/projects. The course ends with the submission of students project work/problem solution. Continuous assessment done through evaluation of student presentations and student project work/problem solution. Assessment scheme: Progress assessment: 1) 01 Presentation: 20% 2) 01 Project: 40% FE: Final Exam: 40% Completion Criteria: - Every component of progress assessment must be > 0. - Final Result >=5 & Final Exam Score >=4
