This introductory course provides an instructional manual to equip students with a theoretical basis for, and essential skills in, Interpretation. Two common types are put into focus; Consecutive Interpreting and Simultaneous Interpreting. The objective is to train students to be capable of interpreting in various fields and settings.

Study hour (150h) = 45 contact hours (60 sessions) + 0.5 hour final exam + 104.5 hours self-study

- Attend at least 80% of contact hours in order to be accepted to the final examination - Actively participate in class activities - Fulfill tasks given by the teacher after class - Use their own laptops in class only for learning purposes - Read the textbook in advance
