Mô tả

This course instructs students how to apply translation techniques in dealing with interlingual translation of different types of texts including administrative forms and documents (degrees, certificate, contracts..); business forms and documents (business transaction agreement, financial statements); technical news and documents; socio-cultural news and documents. After taking this course, students should be able to: - Demonstrate a clear understanding of different types and formats of texts - Demonstrate a clear understanding terms used the administrative documents, technical, economic, scientific, socio-cultural news and documents... - Translate the mentioned kinds of news and documents from Vietnamese into English and vice-versa. - Use Gen-AI tools to enhance translation quality and facilitate translation processes

Study hour (150h) = 45 contact hours (60 sessions) + 105 hours self-study (including projects preparation)

- Attend at least 80% of contact hours in order to be accepted to the final examination '- Actively participate in class activities '- Fulfill tasks given by instructor after class '- Use their own laptops in class only for learning purposes '- Read the theory in advance '- Use Gen-AI tools in an appropriate and ethical manner
