Listening skill Students have an ability equivalent to B1 level, i.e. they can identify main ideas with language signals, make strong predictions with several clues. They can understand supporting ideas and details of the conversation or a talk. They can also recognize the relationship between parts of a talk (cause and effect, comparisons, chronological order and so on). They can identify speaker's attitude or organization of a talk. Speaking skill Students have an ability equivalent to B1 level, i.e. they can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that actively generates discussions or conversations about academic or current topics by offering advices and suggestions, asking for clarifications, shifting the topic or supporting opinions.They can be a confident and effective presenter to give clear and prepared presentations, expecting questions, explaining reasons in support of or against a particular point of view and using techniques to attract the attention of listeners. They are also familiar with debating an issue. Students have more sophisticated techniques in pronunciation to speak naturally and avoid misunderstanding.
