The course provides students with continuous corporate finance theories relating to a firm's financial decision, working capital management, how to manage its financial performance more effectively to survive competition and takeover in a practical environment. Upon successful completion, students will have the knowledge and skills to: * Discuss theories and practices of capital structure selection, and payout policy; * Discuss practices to optimize the use of net working capital; * Design a long-term financial plan for an organization; * Critically evaluate finance theories, concepts, assumptions, limitations and arguments. Topics include: Capital Budgeting, Capital Rationing and The Cost of Capital, Working Capital Management, Capital Raising for a Firm, Financial Planning and Forecasting, Capital Structure and Dividend Policy, Corporate Risk Management.

- Class attendance is strongly encouraged. Attend at least 80% of class hours in order to be accepted to the final examination - Actively participate in class activities - Fulfill tasks given by instructor after class - Use their own laptop in class only for learning purpose - Read the textbook in advance - Access the course website (http://flm.fpt.edu.vn) for up-to-date information and material of the course, for online supports from teachers and other students and for practicing and assessment.
