Graduation Thesis - Finance_Khóa luận tốt nghiệp -Tài chính

The thesis intends to integrate contents already covered in previous courses, as well as to provide an in-depth exploration of a topic of special interest or career relevance to the participant. This thesis project will be completed by a group of 4-6 students, however each student will defend the thesis individually in front of a thesis committee. Students must work closely with an academic supervisor and are required to submit a comprehensive written report as well as make an oral presentation of the research results in front of a professional academic panel. The thesis' topic is concerned with such areas as (1) the behavior and determinants of security prices, including stocks, bonds, options, and futures; (2) the capital budgeting, financing,and working capital management decisions of firms; (3) corporate governance; (4) the management and regulation of financial institutions and financial market; (5) application of new financial products in Vietnamese market.
