-Objective: The objective of the Graduation Thesis is to demonstrate students' profound knowledge and understanding of a specific topic in relation to Hospitality Management and relate it to a wider perspective, in a more practical business setting. Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to: 1. Demonstrate an ability to integrate knowledge and handle complexity, and to plan and carry out advanced tasks independently and as a group member, within specified time limits 2. Use appropriate research methodology to identify problems and suggest suitable, more sustainable solutions to those issues 3. Develop a more critical and creative thinking both theoretically and practically 4. Write, present and defend the thesis fulfilling academic criteria; correctly referencing relevant literature and other materials, which reflect the student’s academic and non-academic development throughout the whole process -Description: The Graduation Thesis is an integrative experience that brings together various components of the undergraduate marketing studies in a more applied setting and under a new perspective. It enables students to further their knowledge and skills in marketing and related topics which they have found to be especially interesting or beneficial to them. As part of the course, students will learn about all aspects of the process of developing and carrying out the graduation thesis and gain an understanding of standards and expectations needed to successfully complete their dissertation. This thesis project will be completed by a group of 4-6 students, however each student will defend the thesis individually in front of a thesis committee. Each group of students will be supported by a supervisor, who will provide them with essential guidance in conducting a research, writing a thesis in a formal format and defending their arguments in front of the examination board. The thesis' topic should concern with the following areas: Hospitality and Customer Satisfaction, Tourism and Hospitality Marketing, Hospitality Management, Marketing and Service Quality Management, Foodservice Consumer Choice and Services Strategies, Strategic Management in the Hospitality Industry, Hospitality Marketing and Service Experience and Human Resource Management.

Study hour (500h) = 33.75 contact hours (135mins/slot * 15 slots) + 1.5h defense + 464.75h self-study

(1) Choose the project within the selected concentration (2) Divide and schedule work (3) Attend at least 80% of scheduled meetings with their supervisor(s) to be eligible for the thesis or capstone defense (4) Produce document and product according to project requirement (5) Defense individually work in front of examination board
