The Graduation Thesis is an integrative experience that brings together various components of the undergraduate marketing studies in a more applied setting and under a new perspective. It enables students to further their knowledge and skills in marketing and related topics which they have found to be especially interesting or beneficial to them. As part of the course, students will learn about all aspects of the process of developing and carrying out the graduation thesis and gain an understanding of standards and expectations needed to successfully complete their dissertation. This thesis project will be completed by a group of 4-6 students, however each student will defend the thesis individually in front of a thesis committee. Each group of students will be supported by a supervisor, who will provide them with essential guidance in conducting a research, writing a thesis in a formal format and defending their arguments in front of the examination board. The thesis' topic is concerned with such areas as (1) marketing mix analysis and solutions, (2) marketing channels, conflicts and distribution, (3) integrated marketing communications - analysis of campaigns or activities, (4) branding strategy, (5) new product development and innovation marketing, (6) ethics in marketing, (7) marketing in the services context and (8) contemporary issues in marketing in Vietnam.
