Main objective: This course aims to equip students with the knowledge of resources, administer assets and several key procedures of housekeeping cleanliness process. -Description: Housekeeping management examines the role of supervisory function in housekeeping management such as inventory & equipment management, characteristics of materials, linen & laundry management, cleaning functions, the technical details of cleaning a room and control of supplies and equipment. -Teaching method: lecture, discussion, project based learning, group work

Class attendance is strongly encouraged. Attend more than 80% of class hours in order to be accepted to the final examination - Actively participate in class activities - Fulfill tasks given by instructor after class - Use their own laptop in class only for learning purpose - Read the textbook in advance - Comply with the time and regulation - Professional grooming - Respect and protect school asset. - Strongly communication and teamworking.
