This course introduces fundamental concepts of IT service management and system operations, preparing students for professional practice and industrial internships. Students learn service-oriented thinking, basic operational processes, and the roles of IT services in organizational contexts. Core principles from ITIL, Agile, and DevOps are introduced as conceptual frameworks to help students understand incident handling, change management, service delivery, and operational collaboration. The course emphasizes practical awareness, communication, and operational readiness rather than advanced management or certification-oriented training.
