The course provides a comprehensive overview of international business transactions' major legal considerations. The course proceeds through a brief examination of the legal and ethical environment of international business generally, before going on to examine specific doctrines on trade regulation, international contracting, import/export documentation and finance, intellectual property licensing, services, and electronic transactions.
