Main objective: This course equips students with comprehensive foundation and specialized knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations. Learners will develop skills in managing resources, controlling costs and human resources, delivering quality service, problem-solving and responding to operational incidents, applying professional standards and fostering environmental awareness, to meet the demands of modern hospitality management. -Description: Housekeeping Operations explores core and advanced functions of the hotel housekeeping department, including cleaning and inspection procedures for guest rooms and public areas, inventory and equipment management, cost control, human resource management, laundry and maintenance supervision, service quality enhancement, guest complaint handling, and special event support. The course emphasizes teamwork, discipline, professional attitude, and effective communication for multicultural settings. -Teaching method: The course applies diverse pedagogical approaches such as lectures, analytical discussions, skills demonstrations, collaborative group work, roleplay, case studies, problem-based learning, and project planning for service scenarios. Assessment is integrated through applied exercises, situational analysis, and teamwork performance. - Facility and equipment requirement : Depending on the training condition of each campus, the course will be implemented in school lab designed up to 4-5* hotel standard, real hotel or other places, which fully met with requirements. -Completion Criteria: Every on-going assessment component > 0; Final Result >=5 & Final Exam Score >= 4
