Introduction to Management_Nhập môn quản lý

The course explores and focuses around the managerial functions of management, including planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The course is designed to provide basic knowledge and skills required in management and give students a comprehensive insight into human relations componnents that characterise any managerial roles, regardless of industry or functions. Various aspects of management theories will be examined and linked to current management practice in the world and Vietnam. Learning in the class will be facilitated through the use of interactive tools such as group exercise, case study discussion, role-play/activities, and projects.
