The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both classical and contemporary marketing theories, as well as their practical applications. Throughout the course, students will engage with new classical and contemporary cases, exploring the interdisciplinary and cross-functional implications of business management theories, contemporary marketing management principles, and futuristic applications of marketing management theories and concepts. The course also highlights the evolving role of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in shaping modern marketing practices. Upon completion, students will be able to: 1. Understand the significance of management and marketing across organisational contexts. 2. Explain the fundamental principles governing management and marketing. 3. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business and marketing challenges. 4. Apply and critically evaluate AI tools responsibly for market data collection, consumer behaviour analysis, and marketing strategy development, while considering accuracy, bias, and ethical implications

150 hours = 45 contact hours, 1hour final exam, 104 hours of self-study
Nhiệm vụ sinh viên
- Attend at least 80% of contact hours to be eligible for the final examination. - Complete and submit all assigned exercises, questions, and assignments on time. - Use laptops in class solely for course-related activities. - Regularly access the FLM at https://flm.fpt.edu.vn/ for updated course information. - For each assignment involving AI tools, students must explicitly distinguish between AI-generated content and their own analysis, ensuring academic integrity (Submit AI Appendix with all assignments, including prompts, screenshots, and reflections on AI usage)
