This course helps students to answer three important questions: what is public relations, why we do it, and how we do it? The course also introduces students to the tools and techniques they will need to carry out the role of public relations practitioner. More importantly, it introduces and examines the steps in the public relations planning process, which is central to the study and practice of public. Lecturer will use several teaching methods such as conducting group discussion and sharing field work experiences in the market on top of regular teaching. Students will have the chance to present their work as well as their thinking process related to this firm.
