The SAP inter-disciplinary capstone project provides IT and BA students with important skills and initial experiences in participating in the SAP projects. With the team size of 3-5 members (*), student can apply knowledges and skills they have learned to the real current projects, including: - Understand the lifecycle of a SAP project - Know what to do in each phase of the project - Understand the terminology used in the project lifecycle - Practice teamwork and how to interact with colleagues in a project implementation process - Ensure the proper implementation of quality requirements and schedule - Do troubleshooting All the documents in the project implementation process and the progress reports are required to write in English. (*): Unless impossible, the team should consist of IT and BA students with a recommended IT to BA student ratio of 3:2. In case of only IT students, the team will have to do all the work assigned to BA students under the guidance of BA lecturer.

Study hour (500h) = 33.75h contact hours (1newslot/week*15week) + 1.5h capstone project defense + 464.75h self-study

# Choose appropriate project and form group. # Divide and schedule work among members. # Attend all scheduled meeting with supervisor. # Produce document and product according to project requirement and member work share. # Defend work in front of examination board, showing both project results and individual responsibility. # In case of cheating found, the whole team is not allow to defend. # Students are required to attend at least 80% of scheduled meetings with their supervisor(s) to be eligible for the thesis or capstone defense.
