Mô tả

This course develops students’ teamwork and workplace communication skills for academic and professional contexts. Students examine how teams function and practice building trust, leadership, and conflict management while communicating effectively in collaborative settings. The course also emphasizes academic integrity, netiquette, and ethical communication as essential principles for responsible participation in academic and professional communities. Through group projects and applied activities, students develop practical skills in writing, presentations, meetings, and career communication.

Study hour (150h) = 45 contact hours (60 sessions) + 40mins final exam + 105 hours self-study
