Objective: Students understand the various components that contribute to the design of a tourism product, such as local culture, important holidays, nearby resorts, modes of transportation, the availability of intermediary service providers, and the development prospects of that tourism product in the country's tourism industry's future. Students must generate an idea, create a product, and persuade the class that it is effective, viable, sustainable, and has the potential for development, in which students must present analysis of the strategic products of various organizations using case studies. Description: This course teaches the structure, functions, operations, strategies, and other aspects of tourism goods, as well as how to build and implement one or more comprehensive tourism products. The course also analyzes and provides information on specific tourism items such as specific fascination, cultural, religious, and so forth. The course also includes real-life case studies on tourism product design.

- Class attendance is strongly encouraged. Attend at least 80% of class hours in order to be accepted to the final examination - Actively participate in class activities - Fulfill tasks given by instructor after class - Use their own laptop in class only for learning purposes - Read the textbook in advance - Access the course website (http://flm.fpt.edu.vn) for up-to-date information and material of the course, for online support from teachers and other students, and for practicing and assessment.
